Our Blue Healers Southern Indiana Auction Ends Today!

So far this season we’ve seen a lot of promising elements to Duke Basketball. There are the known qualities - Kyle Filipowski, Tyrese Proctor, Jeremy Roach, Mark Mitchell, Jeremy Roach and Ryan Young - and then there are the rising young players including Sean Stewart, Caleb Foster and Jared McCain.

In the last two games, we’ve seen star turns by Foster, McCain and Mitchell. What will we see next? Who might step up against the Screaming Eagles?

By the way, that might be the best nickname we’ve seen in Cameron since the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys. Not just Eagles but Screaming Eagles. That’ll be fun.

But back to Duke.

This is still a young team and watching a young team find its identity and grow is a great pleasure in basketball. Unlike football, you can actually see uncertainty grow into confidence and unlike baseball things actually happen so you can’t afford not to watch.
