Dereck Lively, the 7-1 center from Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, and who attends Westtown School - Cam Reddish’s alma mater - is going to announce his decision on Monday at 6:00 pm.

Although his mother works at Penn State, the general consensus is that it’s come down to Duke or Kentucky.

And most people seem to think that Kentucky’s the favorite.

So it’s really interesting that our colleagues over at A Sea of Blue are giving Duke a shot. It’s also interesting that Travis Branham, who is a recruiting analyst for 247 Sports, thinks Duke will win out.

We honestly have no idea and our recommendation to you is to not get too invested until he actually announces.

Prospects have long since learned to keep their traps shut. Leaks are increasingly rare and everyone wants have their moment - and who can blame them?

But we will say this: if Jon Scheyer reels in Lively, Kyle Filipowski, Dariq Whitehead and Jaden Schutt in his first time out, that’s going to be legendary.
