Comcast/Xfinity Viewers: You Should Have The ACC Network Now

About time too

One of the growing pains of the still-young ACC Network is that it hasn’t been on Comcast, which we guess is called Xfinity now. We’ve never done business with them so we can’t say much but for a long time, Comcast had disastrous customer service so maybe a fresh start was a good idea.

Anyway, when the network debuted the posts from frustrated Xfinity customers were amazing. People were immensely frustrated, and since Xfinity goes up and down the East Coast, mostly bypassing North Carolina, it’s been a big problem.

Well, looks like that’s finally resolved: according to a Tweet by Mike Lewis (not Duke great Mike Lewis), it’s live now.

You’ll need to look into it for yourself but some other people say they’re getting it too.

That’s going to really add a lot to the ACC’s bottom line since Xfinity reportedly has around 22 million subscribers.

In a follow-up Tweet, Lewis gave more info: “For those with Comcast: Switch to channel 1322 and you should find the ACC Network. It will say “sign off” on the guide, but click it on and ACCN will come up. My source thought the deal with ESPN would be done by end of August. That seems to be the case.”

He calls it Comcast so what do we know, but we’re sure subscribers will know the right name. Welcome to the network-hood!
