Check Out Luke Kennard’s New Place

Former Blue Devil and current LA Clipper Luke Kennard made a major investment recently: he bought a house in the suburb of Tarzana.

If you’re thinking that that sounds just like Tarzan, it’s not coincidence: the land used to be a ranch owned by Edgar Rice Burroughs, who created Tarzan.

Anyway, Kennard’s new house is in the modern farmhouse style, if you will, but it’s a bit ritzier than that.

Check out the photos in this article. It’s a very, very comfortable home. Here’s how it’s partly described:

“Private sited on an elevated plateau at the end of a long, gated drive, the sprawling home—a warmly contemporary version of the ubiquitous “modern farmhouse” that’s sprouted up everywhere in affluent communities all over southern Californiaover the last handful of years—sits on more than half an acre with leafy and relaxing if not exactly jaw dropping treetop views.
