In Wednesday’s Duke Brotherhood Playoff action, Atlanta nipped Philly 109-106 while the LA Clippers surprised Quin Snyder and the Utah Jazz 119-111.
Seth Curry had a monster night with 36 points, trailing only Joel Embiid, who had 37. Curry also grabbed seven rebounds in the losing effort.
LA’s win is particularly surprising since Kawhi Leonard is out with an injury - the theme of these playoffs apparently - and a Clippers victory seemed unlikely.
But Paul George had a huge night with 37 points to pace the Clips. Luke Kennard came off the bench for six points.
