Recruiting never ends as basketball fans know and two new offers have gone out: JJ Starling, a 6-4 guard in the class of 2022 and JJ Taylor, a 6-8 forward in the class of 2023, both got offers Tuesday.

Starling is a point guard who is ranked #11 at his position by 247Sports. Among the schools that have offered him are ACC rivals Notre Dame, Miami, Wake Forest, Syracuse as well as UConn and Providence among others.

Taylor has offers from Arizona, Michigan, Michigan State, Kentucky, Florida, Texas and Illinois. Since he’s in the class of 2023 he’s probably going to get a lot more offers as he matures.

Keep in mind that these offers are coming from Jon Scheyer so we’re getting an idea of the type of players he’ll pursue.

His first offer of course was to 6-6 Dariq Whitehead, who is on record as a Duke fan.
