In this article, Duke’s Kara Lawson is not mentioned

It’s still too early to say for sure, but the steam for Kara Lawson to take over as Brad Stevens’s successor as Boston’s head coach seems to have slowed a bit.

According to the Boston Globe, quoting Adrian Wojnarowski who has great sources, Stevens and the Celtics seem to be focusing more on candidates like Clippers assistants Chauncey BIllups, who played for Boston once upon a time and also Bucks assistants Darvin Ham and Charles Lee.

Several other candidates are mentioned here but Lawson is not. That could also be because she’s not interested but whatever it is, it sounds better and better for Duke.
