Duke Recruiting Update

Duke’s not done yet

With the tournament definitely out of reach, Duke now can focus on finishing its recruiting class.

The Blue Devils already have Paolo Banchero and AJ Griffin in the fold. Banchero is a 6-9 big man who is generally seen as a Top Three recruit.

Griffin is rated a Top Ten recruit by any standard and calls Duke his Dream School. His brother, Alan, plays for Syracuse so the next year or two should be fun for the family.

Duke is also in pursuit of scoring guard Trevor Keels, who will announce early next month, Patrick Baldwin, who may be leaning towards playing for his father at Milwaukee, and 6-11 Charles Bediako.

There are surely other candidates on the spread sheet since Duke might be interested in picking up some guards, but that might not be as critical if Jordan Goldwire is back for his bonus year, courtesy of the NCAA.
