About That Supposed Zion Williamson Driver’s License...

Curiouser and curiouser

The whole Zion Williamson/Gina Ford just keeps getting harder and harder to believe.

We discussed the allegation that Williamson’s father took $400,000, the confession by Slavko Duric that he had been conned by someone pretending to be close to Williamson’s family, and the driver’s license that allegedly was part of the documentation for the alleged money transfer.

We thought it didn't look legit but we didn't realize just how, uh, off it actually was. Here’s what we’ve learned since.

First, as noted, the height and weight were transposed. Second, his hometown was listed as Darlington which is a couple of hours away from Spartanburg.

But also check this out.

The transposed height is also listed as 6’06 when the standard format would be 6-06. Also the governor is listed as Nikki Haley, but she left office in 2017 and the license was supposedly issued in 2018. The correct signature should be from the current governor, Henry McMaster.

Finally, we’re not sure about this but we understand that in South Carolina, like in North Carolina and several other states, the provisional licenses for young drivers are vertical.

It’s just...what can you even say about something so amateurishly bad?

Well what we can say is this. We look forward to seeing how the court reacts. In our opinion, the credibility of Ford’s legal team is fading fast. We have no idea what the firm is called but maybe it should be renamed Laurel, Hardy & Marx Brothers.

This is completely ridiculous. One wonders if, when this is finally sorted out, Williamson will have a case against Ford for defamation and/or slander.

You also have to wonder what her current clients are thinking when they look at this kind of nonsense.
