Is it us or does Quinn Cook seem to be everywhere lately?

He’s not of course. He’s been in lockdown like everyone else. He’s been in a lot of videos lately though and it’s been fun to see him pop up in different ways.

We’ve talked before about how he seems to know everyone there is worth knowing in his world. He’s worked hard to earn his place in the NBA and is widely respected.

So here’s another Cook cameo, in a surprising place far from the court: here he talks to Canon Missioner Leonard Hamlin of the Washington National Cathedral about faith and perseverance.

Certainly he’s shown plenty of both as he’s established himself as an NBA player. He also talks about losing his father as a teenager, about the rest of his family. We haven’t finished it yet - it’s fairly long - but we expect he’ll also talk about his new documentary about basketball in Prince George County.

Special thanks to Dr. Mike Lee for sending us the link.
