Yesterday we did our You Tube Gold with Bob Knight talking about Michael Jordan in various ways so today it makes sense to follow that with Mike Krzyzewski talking about an experience he had with Jordan and the Dream Team.

If you didn't know, Coach K was an assistant to Chuck Daly for the 1992 Olympic.

In The Last Dance, a lot of people talked about the difficult sides of Jordan’s personality. He defended himself by saying that it was the cost of winning.

There was none of that with Coach K. Actually he talks here about Jordan’s good manners and how disarming he was. It’s a very different look at the legend than what we saw in the documentary but in a way just as revealing. Krzyzewski was convinced that Jordan wanted to bring him in and deal with him as an equal and, because it was the national team, leave Duke-UNC behind.
