Wendell Moore: I’m Coming Back Too

He made it official Friday evening via Instagram

Well it’s official: Wendell Moore will return to Duke for his sophomore season, his announcement coming a day after Matthew Hurt’s and, like Hurt’s, his announcement coming one day later and also on Instagram with a similarly designed image.

It’s great news for Duke. Moore’s biggest plays came at the end of the UNC game in Chapel Hill, when first he tipped a rebound out at the end to keep it alive for some Tre Jones heroics and then again when he tipped in Jones’ last miss at the end of overtime to give Duke a phenomenal comeback win.

It took him awhile to figure out how to slow down but once he did he became really useful for Duke.

As a sophomore, he’ll be even better. He can play at least three positions and probably four. If he gets a better three point shot, he’s really going to be tough to deal with.
