BANGKOK, THAILAND - 2019/09/15: Visitors seen during the exhibition of Qin Shi Huang, the First Emperor of China and Terracotta Warriors at the National Museum of Thailand in Bangkok. The presentation of the world-class exhibition entitled “ Qin Shi Huang: The First Emperor of China and Terracotta Warriors” marks an unprecedented phenomenon at the Thai museum arena. They team up gather 86 items of important artefacts (133 pieces) aged over 2,200 years from 14 leading museums in China, and all antiquated objects are on display at the National Museum of Thailand.

The Art of War dates from the 5th Century BC and has cast a long shadow over the centuries.

It’s the sort of book that, once you read it, you put it down and see the world in a different way. There’s a reason why it’s studied at West Point and by MBAs around the world. It’s a clear and cogent view of how to deal with enemies and rivals that is completely timeless.

Sun Tzu put an emphasis on deception and defeating the enemy without fighting. It’s an absolutely fascinating book not least of all because it’s ancient and still entirely relevant. Sun Tzu was one of history’s great geniuses.

This video is a decent primer but doesn’t fully convey the brilliance of the book. We suggest that after you watch this, you download the book. As we said earlier, it’s the sort of book that, once you finish it, you’ll never see the world quite the same way again.
