Kash Daniels did something much worse than Christian Laettner.

Duke and Kentucky have a thing as you all know. Most of it comes from Christian Laettner who offended Kentucky fans twice in 1992: first when he tapped on a prone Aminu Timberlake and again when he had the nerve to hit the winning shot in what came to be known as the Laettner game.

The “stomp,” as UK fans call it, was never forgotten or forgiven.

So it’ll be interesting to see how Kentucky fans respond to a dirty play by linebacker Kash Daniel.

In this video, you can see Daniel clearly grab the foot of Florida quarterback Kyle Trask and twist it.

We’re not going to damn him. Honestly we don’t know anything about him personally (which by the way is about what UK fans knew about Grayson Allen).

But we are curious to see how Kentucky fans, who like to judge other people on limited exposure, are going to react to this sort of bad behavior from one of their own, much less what the coaching staff will say. And what about Paul Finebaum?
