To the best of our knowledge no one has ever accused former Duke star RJ Barrett of being stupid but they may have underestimated his cleverness.

Take what happened when he was asked who he would most like to posterize.

Barrett said “Let’s go with Porzingis,” referring to ex-Knick Kristaps Porzingis, who left New York fans feeling betrayed when he left town.

That’s going to resonate with the fans and simultaneously endear him to them because it makes him one of them.

It’s really a great answer to a fairly random question.
