Well this is a bit different: former Duke/Cleveland/Boston point guard Kyrie Irving has some new shoes on the way and they feature another star who is really out of his league - more like 40,000 leagues under actually.

That’s right, in case you’ve been waiting for some Kyrie Irving sneakers with SpongeBob SquarePants, Squidward Tentacles, Patrick Star, Mr. Krabs, and Sandy Cheeks.

That’s a bit out of our depth, if you will, but apparently Kyrie loves him some SpongeBob.

The question now is how well they sell. If they do well, we could see many more crossovers. Zion Williamson and the Hulk? Of course! Bol Bol and Reed Rogers? Why not? The possibilities are endless.
