Dave McClure was not a great player at Duke but he was highly intelligent and like Jon Scheyer, basically made no mistakes. He was one of our favorites.

Now he’s been hired by the Memphis Grizzlies after a solid run at Indiana. He’s developed a reputation for being able to teach, which is an increasingly valuable skill in the NBA which now relies on teenagers to play basketball at the very highest level.
