Miami Fans Worried About The ACC Network

Don’ worry too much. The reason they want it is primarily ACC football. It’ll work out.

Our friends at StateoftheU.com are not happy with how quickly (or not) the ACC and ESPN/Disney are striking deals with the carriers.

It’s understandable.

Our advice to anyone would be to dump cable and if you need to maintain a package, then move to DirecTV. Going from DirecTV to cable is jarring and seems antiquated when we have to go back to it. However we realize it’s not for everyone and indeed doesn't work everywhere flawlessly.

If that’s not practical you could pick up YouTube or Hulu for a time and hope that your provider strikes a deal quickly.

Our guess is that the big carriers will work it out at the deadline or shortly thereafter.
