Mark Berman has a solid column up at the Roanoke Times about the ACC Network. Among other things, he explains how Disney will largely dictate terms when it comes time to renegotiate the overall package with carriers. If deals haven’t been struck by that point, the sheer weight of Disney will, as it often does, help the Mouse to get its way.
