Latest On Allegations Against Nike

The latest allegations against Nike suggest that people at the shoe giant felt pressured to compete with Adidas and other rivals who were willing to pay high school players to get them to Nike teams.

One college assistant coach is mentioned: a KP at Kentucky, where Kenny Payne works. There was no confirmation that he was the coach in question and neither he nor John Calipari has commented.

Zion Williamson’s name is mentioned in this article again as a guy Nike wanted to pay but if we remember correctly, he played for SC Supreme, and we’re pretty sure that was an Adidas team.
