The Louisville Accusation

We haven’t followed this too closely, but have kept an eye on it: J.David Grissom, former chairman of the board of Louisville trustees, said, and under oath, that former President Jim Ramsey told him a fellow trustee provided the payments for Katina Powell, the stripper/escort hired to indulge recruits.

That’s a huge accusation. Current president Neeli Bendapudi says that the allegations were investigated and found groundless.

If true though, the next thing we’d want to know would be: did Rick Pitino know? We never thought that he did and if this is correct, that would explain a lot.
