We’ve said often that passing is the best part of basketball. It’s inherently unselfish and you get other people involved.

There are guys though who take it to a different level. Larry Bird. Magic Johnson. Bob Cousy. Pete Maravich. Ernie DiGregorio.

When passing is an art, when guys see things that other people can’t see, magic happens (there was a reason Earvin Johnson got that nickname).

Daishen Nix shows early signs of being a great one.

He’s a kid from Alaska with an interesting backstory. Take a look at this video. People who do this always focus on dunks and shots but there are still some sweet passes in here. You get an idea of what he might become.
