How Jeff Lebo Could Have Kept His Job At ECU

Jeff Lebo could have had a major talent- at ECU! - if he had bothered to answer his messages.

The former UNC star guard was let go in 2017. If he had bothered to answer his messages, he might have had Ky Bowman.

Bowman, who went to Golden State as a free agent after the recent draft, called Lebo first after he decided to give up football to concentrate on basketball.

If he had paid attention to Dean Smith, Lebo would have returned every call and inquiry, and certainly from every prospect. It was a foolish mistake on his part. At ECU, Bowman might have had a career like Chris Clemons had at Campbell.

And Lebo might have kept his job.
