Forget Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. Why not six degrees with Quinn Cook?

Remember how the former Duke star bounced around the league trying to hook on with a team before the Warriors picked him up?

Cook just used it as a chance to network. He got tight with LeBron James, then renewed an old friendship with Anthony Davis. While he was in New Orleans he also got close to DeMarcus Cousins. They were reunited in Oakland and again now in Los Angeles.

Turns out that when the Warriors were forced to let Cook go, both James and Davis pushed the Lakers to sign him.

As much has his character has helped him, so has the fact that guys just like him and want him on their team. How cool is that?
