Baylor v Oklahoma
KANSAS CITY, MO - MARCH 09: Head coach Jeff Capel of the Oklahoma Sooners looks on during their game against the Baylor Bears in the first round of the 2011 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Tournament at Sprint Center on March 9, 2011 in Kansas City, Missouri.

As Jeff Capel continues to rebuild the Pitt program, he continues to target solid recruits and he has also been working his native southeast hard.

Latest guy he’s after: Spartanburg’s Myles Tate. A 6-0 point guard, Tate is impressed with Capel’s warmth and clearly could see himself playing for Pitt.

He has’t committed yet but it seems like things are heading in a good direction for both parties.
