Trae Young On New Teammate Cam Reddish

One of our things (we have a lot of them when you get right down to it) is that the best source for insights on players is from guys who are either on the court or close to it as possible - so basically players and coaches.

So when we saw that Atlanta Hawk Trae Young had tweeted out some comments about new teammate Cam Reddish our ears perked up.

So what does he have to say?

“With us being able to get Cam at 10, I think that’s a big steal. I thought when we traded back and had the 10th pick I didn’t think we were going to get Cam because I saw him play in high school and his talent. Us getting him is big.”

When you can listen to an observer or participant, it’s probably better to listen to the participant. So file that one away.
