Looks Zion Williamson won’t be on Team USA for the FIBA World Cup this fall: the electrifying rookie has withdrawn from the Select Team and so can’t get bumped up to the national squad.

Gregg Popovich, who succeeds Coach K as the coach of Team USA, faces a depleted pool of talent but he has always managed to find chemistry and focuses on finding players who work well together. It should be a handy asset this fall.
