More On Zion Williamson’s USA Basketball Invite

Here’s a bit more on Zion Williamson’s invasion (that was a typo but a cool one), er, invitation to Team USA Training Camp, where he’ll start with the Select Team and, if he’s good enough, will have a chance to join the team heading to Beijing.

USA Basketball’s Jerry Colangelo said this: “We want to indoctrinate him in terms of USA Basketball. We want to give him a platform to see how he can compete with some of the vets that are going to be there.”

What they may not fully anticipate is the media crush that will accompany Williamson. It’s going to be intense and nonstop. And hopefully we’ll get some video out of it.
