NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-East Regional
Mar 29, 2019; Washington, DC, USA; Duke Blue Devils forward Zion Williamson (1) dunks the ball against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the semifinals of the east regional of the 2019 NCAA Tournament at Capital One Arena.
Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

After Duke demolished Kentucky this past season, people pretty quickly realized that Zion Williamson was highly unusual and ticket prices on the secondary market shot up. We saw prices for the UNC game as high as $5,000. We didn’t sell but trust us, everyone has a point where they’ll think about it and $5,000 was nuts.

Having seen The Show for a full year, we know that it’s going to hit the NBA in a big way too...but the summer league? That never occurred to us.

Well it’s happening again: NBA summer league tickets where New Orleans will play are going for as much as $130. That’s astounding.
