As we learned this week, the NCAA is about to come down on several programs including two in the very near future.

Mercury News thinks - and they’re probably right - that one of them will be Arizona.

The site discusses the rules and a previous case (against USC) which had much less evidence than the Feds presented against former Arizona assistant Book Richardson.

In short, things are looking dicy for Arizona and possibly also LSU. The rules have changed in a number of ways and while the NCAA is, shall we say, less than perfectly consistent, it’s hard to ignore federal convictions.
