Arizona’s situation deserves serious analysis and SI.com has one from Michael McCann, who really breaks down the legal issues as only an attorney can. This is really well worth your time to read.

We won’t get too much into his analysis here other than to say it makes sense. However, there’s no question that Book Richardson has been found guilty and Sean Miller, as his boss, is responsible for his actions.
