Knicks To Interview Duke’s Cam Reddish

Making sure they get the right Blue Devil perhaps?

Looks like the New York Knicks are covering the bases and not stopping with RJ Barrett and perhaps Jarrett Culver, also rumored to be favored by the Knickerbockers. They’re wise to do their due diligence of course. They’re giving Barrett’s Duke teammate Cam Reddish a good look too.

For all of the questions about Reddish's passion and effort, we don't recall anyone questioning his passion and effort on defense. With a very few exceptions, most basketball players vastly prefer offense to defense at least partly because defense doesn't usually get the glory that offense gets and it requires much harder work to be great on that end.

If you want a rational analysis of Reddish’s potential, start there. And then hope both Blue Devils are lucky enough to avoid the tar pit that is the Knicks.
