On Saturday night the Toronto Raptors knocked out Milwaukee to reach the NBA Finals where they’ll face the Golden State Warriors.

The core of the Warriors is of course Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala and, if he’s healthy, Kevin Durant.

No team wins without a bench of course and the Warriors have found a really good bench player in former Blue Devil Quinn Cook.

Cook has proven to be very popular with his teammates and is a guy who has a knack for making friends. Among the guys he’s popular with: his coach Steve Kerr, who really appreciates him.

His play is sporadic but he always comes ready to play and has come through for the Warriors on multiple occasions.

Ask him who his influences are and you get a surprise answer: Jarrett Jack.

Cook says the former Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket has taught him an enormous amount about how to be a professional.
