We’ll have more later, but Duke fell to Virginia in the NCAA lacrosse Final Four 13-12 in double overtime.

After the game, coach John Danowski said “We want to congratulate the University of Virginia, Coach Tiffany and his staff. Terrific performance. They’ve been doing this to people all year. They don’t give up. They play with great skill and great confidence and poise to the end. They beat us.”

Virginia’s big athletic year continues with a shot at a lax title to match the one the ‘Hoos won in basketball.
