Former Blue Devil Lindsay Harding has been promoted by former Blue Devil and current Philly GM Elton Brand.

She was a pro scout; now she’s a player development coach.

She’s just the seventh female coach in the NBA and the first for the Sixers. And judging from the impression she’s made, she won’t be an assistant for long.
