CBS.com’s Mock NBA Draft Has Zion Williamson And RJ Barrett #1 And #2

All speculation until draft night but fun speculation nonetheless

CBSSports.com’s latest mock draft has the standard three at the top - Zion Williamson, RJ Barrett and Ja Morant in that order - but moves UNC’s Coby White up to #4.

Cam Reddish is #8 here (Grizzlies).

Interestingly, CBS doesn’t list Virginia’s Kyle Guy as a first-round pick and neither does NBADraft.net.

Some of the lower picks are intriguing. San Antonio gets Bol Bol at #19. CBS also has Boston taking Florida State’s Mfioundu Kabengele at #22 which would be a great pick for them. The Warriors pick up Kentucky’s Tyler Herro at #28 while the Spurs take Cam Johnson at #29.

We’ll say it again: better to go later to a well-run franchise than early to an awful one.
