Duke has offered 7-0 Mark Williams out of Norfolk Virginia, according to a tweet he sent out.

If you remember Elizabeth Williams, who played ball at Duke, well she’s his older sister.

He’s currently enrolled at Norfolk Academy and Duke would be fortunate to get a second member of the family.
