Daniel Jones Goes #6 To the New York Giants In The NFL Draft

Duke’s Daniel Jones was taken as the #6 pick in the NFL draft by the New York Giants, meaning that he is the odds-on guy to replace New York QB Eli Manning.

Manning, like his brother Peyton, was coached in college by Duke’s David Cutcliffe as was Jones.

It’s the NFL circle of life.

As teams got to know him this spring obviously he made a big impression. Congratulations to Jones. We’ll have more later.
