Lexington Radio Host Steps In It A Bit

One of the more interesting things that’s happened since Duke began to push, then surpass, Kentucky on the recruiting trail, is the reaction of Big Blue Nation.

On the scary side, some guy apparently threatened on Twitter to kill Matthew Hurt’s family if he didn't choose Kentucky.

On a less serious level, check out this reaction from Lexington radio host Michael Bennett, also on Twitter:

“Another win for Duke, but another mistake for a recruit. Beware future 5 star recruits you will not win a championship nor be prepared for the nba unless you learn from @UKCoachCalipari . He will teach you the process for success.”

Not to pick on him too much but NBADraft.net currently projects Duke players being drafted at #1, #3 and #11 and Kentucky players at #12, #21 and #27. That’s success!

Just a note: he’s not at the same station as former Duke radioman Matthew Laurance.
