It’s clear at this point that Zion OMG Williamson is an extraordinary physical talent but we don’t think everyone realizes yet - including some NBA types, or at least knowledgeable NBA observers - understand just how smart he is.

It’s clearly bugged him somewhat. As much as he enjoys dunking, he said earlier this year that he didn’t like being known primarily as a dunker. And he shouldn’t be. Watch the guy carefully. He’s as smart a player as we’ve seen in a long time, possibly along the lines of LeBron/Magic/Bird smart. Certainly to do these things at 18 is extraordinary.
