This is pretty amazing even by recent standards

St John’s v Duke
DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA - FEBRUARY 02: LJ Figueroa #30 of the St. John’s Red Storm defends Zion Williamson #1 of the Duke Blue Devils during the second half of their game at Cameron Indoor Stadium on February 02, 2019 in Durham, North Carolina. Duke won 91-61.

If you taped the Duke-St. John’s game go to the 17:39 mark in the second half. Marques Bolden is on the line and misses.

As the shot goes up, St. John’s Sedee Keita, who played for South Carolina when the Gamecocks upset Duke in the NCAA tournament, is supposed to box out Zion Williamson and indeed, he does what you normally do...

...But Williamson isn’t there!

As soon as the shot goes up, he spins right, and in a heartbeat he’s on the inside of Keita, who doesn't seem to have realized what happened. The ball went off to the right where it was picked up by LJ Figueroa who kept going, planning to head up court....only Williamson had come behind him and then took the ball away.

He faked past Figueroa and then took it back up, only to get fouled by Keita.

After he scored, Figueroa looked absolutely stunned and Keita was left holding the ball with another foul.

The funniest part of this play, after the St. John’s reactions?

When Bolden is getting ready to shoot, right up until he’s about to shoot, Williamson is talking to Cam Reddish and then again, although it might be the bench the second time. He turns his head and raises a hand to acknowledge that he understood, almost casually.

Then the shot goes up and he does this. Amazing.
