When It Comes To The ACC Network, Duke Is More Than Ready

As you’ve probably seen, the ACC Network is coming this summer. What you may not realize is how it is structured: the schools are essentially providing what ESPN traditionally brings on its trucks. It’s really quite sophisticated and Duke’s setup is as good as any in the ACC. Everyone is understandably proud of the foresight and the hard work they’ve put in to pull this off

We were struck by one thing here: Duke - not ESPN - is running three miles of fiber to the DBAP to gather video from there. Truly a big effort is underway.
