Zion Williamson Not The Only Former Blue Devil Out For The Pelicans

As of last night, all five former Devils are injured

We’ve joked about the New Orleans Pelicans being Duke South - we’re pretty sure we started that actually - but now they could fly most of Duke South up to Duke South Hospital because just about everyone is injured.

Zion Williamson has been out. Now so are Jahlil Okafor, Brandon Ingram, JJ Redick and Frank Jackson, along with Lonzo Ball, Darius Miller and Derrick Favors.

Jackson and Favors were just injured Saturday so we don’t know yet how bad their problems are and Ingram shouldn’t be out long.

Still, the Pelicans’ medical staff should be getting overtime. This is just crazy. At least they’re not alone - Golden State is in similar straits.
