For different reasons, former Blue Devils Jahlil Okafor and Frank Jackson have had a winding route to NBA success.

Both are with the Pelicans now and their coaches and teammates clearly appreciate their work ethic and professionalism.

These guys are both very, very good basketball players which just underscores how brutally competitive the NBA is.
