Today’s Daily Feather goes to DBR Podcaster Jason Evans who details how difficult it is to tank now to get a preferable pick in the NBA Draft, in this case to get Zion Williamson. Long story short: more ping-pong balls mean less chance of having your way.

The thing about Williamson is that while he will certainly improve your team, his immediate value is going to be ticket and jersey sales. People all across the NBA are going to want to see him and he will have a significant effect on game night revenue.

The Daily Feather is awarded to outstanding posts on our board. It’s named for late DBR contributor Al Featherston, who read and contributed to the boards on a regular basis for many years.
