If we recall correctly, there was a period when Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski was, let’s say, disinterested in personal technology. He wasn’t interested in social media and we may misremember but we think he wasn’t interested in texting.
He still doesn’t do social media personally but farms it out, and Duke has mastered it to a ridiculous extent. And if he was not big on texting previously he’s taken to it now. We’ve seen recruits mention getting texts from him now we learn that he’s been bucking Grayson Allen up as well.
The Utah Jazz rookie has been getting texts from his former coach telling him to work hard and master his craft.
Coach K says here that he and his family text Allen regularly and goes on to explain why Utah is a special place to have an NBA team.
