What If Tre Jones Plays Saturday vs. Virginia?

Although we know that Tre Jones is doing individual work in practice, without sling or brace, he’s still unlikely to play Saturday and the Duke staff is not so foolish enough to risk his career for, basically, a stunt.

But what if he did?

What would happen if he checked in and played, say, three minutes? How loud would Cameron be at that point?

Because he doesn’t focus on scoring, it took most fans, including us, a while to appreciate everything Jones does. If Duke lost him in the Syracuse game in an injury that looked extremely serious, and got him back a week later, the building would blow a gasket. It’d be amazing to see.
