With Thabo Sefolosha facing a five-game suspension, Grayson Allen has a chance to crack the rotation for the Utah Jazz early.

It’s not common in his situation since the Jazz were a solid team last year and have some depth, particularly at point guard. But Sefolosha’s absence could cause some short-term hassles for Quin Snyder and the Jazz and Allen can obviously play off-guard and, in a pinch, some small forward for at least a bit.

It’s a chance to make a mark early and we expect Allen will take full advantage.
