Hurricane Florence has caused chaos in the Carolinas and it’s not even near land yet. Gas is running out, grocery stores are stripped and hundreds of thousands of people are fleeing the coast. Football games have been canceled across the region.
In the big scheme of things recruiting visits are pretty minor but the storm is causing problems there too.
Duke target Josiah James was scheduled to visit Clemson this weekend but had to cancel due to the uncertainty Florence is causing. His coach says he’ll reschedule but it’s not clear yet just when he’ll make that trip.
He’s due to visit Duke at the end of the month on the 27th.
