The injuries for Duke football are mounting. Wide receiver Aaron Young and Jeremy McDuffie didn’t go to Northwestern. Young has a hamstring issue while McDuffie is still rehabbing after his knee injury last year.

Then at Northwestern, Daniel Jones had a shoulder injury and Mark Gilbert had a season-ending hip injury.

The good news is that Jones may be back next month. The other guys aren’t as clear so here’s a look at what Duke’s options are.

Obviously losing good, experienced players is not ideal but consider the guys behind them.

No one wants to start because someone else got injured but nonetheless, some guys are about to get a chance to make their mark. Who will take advantage?
